Ibis Information Systems Pty Ltd has a centralised helpdesk system to enable us to more effectively respond to your support needs. We will record details of your support call and the steps taken to resolve it. This will assist us in monitoring the status of support calls and tracking trends in support calls.

Whenever you have a problem covered by the support offered above, you can request assistance either by phone, email or by fax.

Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time
